ARA Tank Storage Situation
Due to the current price structure (lack of contango), we see tank availability in the petroleum / distillate market. Some sublease opportunities can be found, but no real drop of rental rates are showing. In the chemical market the tank occupancy went up considerably.
The new-build tanks, which are now in operation, are filled up and only few storage opportunities can be found. Rates are stable. Storage opportunities across the vegetable oil market seems to be tanked out.
