Russia Sets Tariff to Load Ust-Luga Tankers at $365 Per 100 Tons

March 5, 2012 [Bloomberg] - Russia’s Federal Tariff Service set a fee of 10,621.47 rubles ($367) that OAO Transneft can charge per 100 metric tons of crude when loading tankers at its new Ust-Luga oil terminal on the Baltic Sea.


The tariff is valid as of 28.02.2012 for the expected March commissioning of the crude terminal, the service said in a statement on its website.
